MosenwriteHelp & support
Mosenwrite is an independent macOS app, not a Mosen cloud service. It needs no sign-in and never uploads your screen content.
Getting started
After opening Mosenwrite, it lives in the menu bar. The default shortcuts are ⌃⌥1–4: zoom and annotate, draw at full scale, countdown, and start/stop recording. You can change them from the menu bar icon under Shortcut Settings.
Permissions
Screen Recording permission is requested only when you use zoom, save a screen image, or record your screen. Camera and microphone are off by default and are used only when you choose the camera bubble or Record Microphone.
Recordings and files
Screen recordings you start are saved in Movies/Mosenwrite; saved annotations are in Pictures/Mosenwrite. These files are never uploaded.
Contact support
Include your macOS version, Mosenwrite version, steps to reproduce the issue, and any necessary screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or unnecessary private data.
